take a warm cover and drink tea, that should be enough to keep you warm. with me, it helps :-)
it has to do with the muscle work to get rid of the tissue in the uterus, and with the blood loss. look for your iron and minerals.

cold, thats soo weird, your body temp actually rises when your on your period, you may wanna get checked out for anemia Health Question & Answer
