I feel like a train wreck lately. My last injection was suppose to be in July but I never took it so the last time I did take it was in April. I know it takes around a year to get out of your system but I am so moody. I know its not good for me so that is why I stopped it and I am going to get on the mirena but any suggestions on how to calm down these mood swings. I literally am uncontrollably nasty and mean and need to chill out. Help!Health Question & Answer

That is what happens when you stop taking birth control. It sucks, actually. I think the best thing, since depro provera is so strong and wont be fully out of your system for a while, is to get on an oral contraceptive. Get on a low-dose this time as well.Health Question & Answer
