At 21, their size is pretty much set until pregnancy.
The size of your breasts will change as your weight changes... if you lose a lot of weight, your breasts will get smaller, and if you gain weight they will grow. But they will generally remain the same proportion to the rest of your body.
I feel you, though. The women in my family -- regardless of their weight or history of pregnancy -- are all stacked... except for me.
These are the things I like about my small boobs, maybe they'll make you a little happier about yours:
- They fit into any shirt. You can wear smaller shirts without having extra fabric bulking up around your stomach.
- You can buy kids sizes for jerseys, band and sports tees, etc., to save money.
- When you buy a bikini you don't have to worry about looking like a ****.
- You don't have to worry about your boobs falling out of shirts or dresses.
- Girls with small boobs can wear a padded bra... but you can't temporarily remove a cup size or two.
- You can run and exercise without pain, chafting, etc.
- No lower back pain
- Less likely to slouch or get a hunch back
- They stay "perky" much longer than larger breasts
- We can sleep on our stomachs.
- Your boobs don't get in the way.
- They have no stretch marks.
- You can get a lot of awesome bras and leingere. Women with larger breasts need support, not style, and don't have a lot of options when it comes to finding a bra that's cute or sexy. A sheer bra will not provide them much support, but it works for women built like us. Larger ladies need big straps, which don't bode well under a tank top.
- You can go without a bra. There's nothing attractive about bra hooks and straps poking out of your shirt. Going bra-less is especially nice when it's hot and humid outside. Or if the a/c goes out.Health Question & Answer

Well I know from experience they grow when you gain weight, lol but I doubt you want to do that. If you work out and lift weights at a gym, try not to do bench press. It made mine smaller because the fat turned into muscle : (Health Question & Answer
