around this time last year i fainred at school. im 16 and i had been training early that morning but did have some toast before training, the doctor put it down to not eating.
just this mornin before school i got really bad cramps around my bladder area and my uterus i think, the same as last time. again i fainted and my mam thinks its because i don't eat that much.
is it simply because of my diet or is it something else.?

Answers:
There are many reasons that you could be fainting (see sources section for list). It could be that you aren't eating enough, or it could be much more serious. What you should do is start eating more, and if the fainting still keeps up, go to your doctor again and tell he or she that you have been eating, so that is not the cause. fainting doesn't always have to have a cause ive fainted 3 times and there was only a reason for it once don't worry
1st time i fainted i headed a wall which made me *** round as it hurt lol .this was the only time i had a reason for fainting because the next day i got suspected meningitis.
2nd time i fainted but did not fall over (random)
3rd time was on halloween once again no reason and i just got up and carried on what i was doing
don't worry about just get on with your life

Are you sure your eating enough, though hon.? A piece of toast isn't exactly energizing, a piece of fruit, toast, and some weetabix is nessesary as soon as you go jogging. So make sure your also hydrated with lots of fluid, eat a balanced diet, and have plenty of iron in your diet, such as red meat, green leafy veg, and starch. It could probaly be dehydration. You should consider drinking lots of fluids so those natural problems wouldn't occur reguarly.... If that does not help go to the doctor and tell him how you been feeling and he could prescribe some thing for that.... hope you feel better......!!!Health Question & Answer
