which I have most of the time as I suffer from chronic back pain but this pain is different it is like pressure on my bladder with the urgent need to wee. i have been treated for kidney infections in the past and been put on strong antibiotics which never seem to work ,I have had this pain many times over the years and it just appears for no reason and moves off as quick as it comes but this time its stayed around to long and I need to sleep hard when your up about 8 times a night for a visit to the loo i am a 56 years old women do not have menopausal symptoms as I am on HRT have been for 10 years . have a merina ciol which was recently changed and use Evorel 50 patches , Health Question & Answer

Sounds like it could be a problem with your kidneys, get to your doctor as soon as you can! In the meantime try not to drink too much before you go to bed and try lying on your side as it may ease the pressure on your back slightly.Health Question & Answer
Coming from 16 year old this may not mean much, But i seem to have the chronic back pain and urgent need to wee i suggest a doctor but for the back pain i have a bath really easies the pain for me, make sure yo don't have trapped wind because it painful.

Have you been checked for severe cystitis.? I know it sounds unlikely but I do have a family member suffering very similar symptoms and that's what they've attributed it to. They may to go through many different antibiotics to stop it. If that's been checked, then you should insist on an ultrasound or CT scan. Just to check if there's been previous damage from infections. At least it may put your mind at rest. Don't take no for an answer. No one should be going through this, especially at your age.
