Question: Is it a yeast infection.?
Yeah, I've been holding off about asking this, but here we go.
I think I might possibly have some sort of yeast infection, but I've had these symptoms for a long time and thought it was normal (hah!). I've got:
-slight itching
-burning
-bad smell
-yellow/brown discharge
-sometimes reddish sensitive spots
It's gotten a little better since last year, but I think I should do something. I'd really like to try to cure this WITHOUT going to a doctor, but all I have at home is Monistat 7. If going to the doctor is the only option, I guess I'll just have to grow some balls and march to the hospital. Can anyone help me.?Health Question & Answer

If you've tried Monistat 7 and had no relief you should go to your doctor. The fact that this has gone on so long suggests to me that you need an antibiotic to clear it up. I know it's embarrassing for you but the doctor will be sensitive to that fact and wont make it any more so.
It will probably be very simple to clear up if you can bring yourself to tell your doctor about it.

Monistat should clear it up if it's a yeast infection. try that and if it doesnt clear it up, you'll have to go to the doctor. since you've had it for so long it may be better to just go to the doctor.Health Question & Answer
