Question: Okay, I'm 5'2", weigh 114.6 lbs, and have a body fat of 28%!! How can I stop being so fat!!.?
Okay, I do swim team Mon, Wed and Fri but that seems to not help AT ALL!

I want to be strong, but I don't want thick thighs.

How can I get rid of my belly fat.?

How can I speed up my metabolism.?

Its normal for women to have a larger percent of body fat. I have 23% body fat and I weigh 100lbs (im 5'5''). I have belly fat that sticks out over my pants and mylegs jiggle too.

I'm pretty sure only stick skinny women and professional athletes have really tight bodies.

to speed up your metabolism try running or bike riding on the days that you dont have swim practice. Bike riding will significantly reduce the jiggle in your legs and make your thighs very strong. for arms, lift some weights once a week. not heavy ones... maybe 10 pounds. even holding your arms out with weights will tone up your triceps, and make the blobbiness go away

the more active your body parts are, the stronger and leaner they will get. eat healthy and love yourself, no matter what yor body type is.

You are not fat...you are female...we have much more percentage of body fat than guys...dont worry. You do alot of exercise and lead an active life...thats all good. I dont want thunder thighs either but us girls are supposed to be curvy so just find clothes that flatter your figure and be at peace with your female form.Health Question & Answer

That's actually a really good weight for your hight. Just do sit ups and run or ride bikes or something. Swimming should help keep you fit.Health Question & Answer
