During sex, i have noticed that my mind goes off on its own, and i visualise objects and colours (sort of like installation art), so far i have had white kinda colours, and then yellow...
I still focus on whats going on, it's not like i lose sense of everything!

It actually sound to me like you are on the verge of passing out and it could be quite dangerous.
When i was a kid we used to give each other blackouts where we would tell someoneyou breathe really deeply, really fast and then you held your breath while someone pushed on you against a wall really hard and you'd pass out.
I saw colours and all sorts of dots and things.
Maybe the combination of heavy breathing and him pressing down on you is having the same effect.?
I suggest trying it with you and top with more controlled breathing and see if it still happens.
If not, problem solved. If it does, i seriously suggest you go and get a check up at the GP as you could have something wrong with your circulation and blood pressure.
