I'm freaking out. I had sex a few weeks ago and I'm supposed to start my period sometime this week. I don't know which day because I'm kind of irregular. But last week I was PMSing and craving chocolate which I usually do before I start my period. Could my period be late from worrying so much.? I want my period to hurry up and start so I can stop worrying.Health Question & Answer

well, try to relax. I'm sick at home right now, and worrying just makes me worse, so try to worry less.
