Do you ever feel like this when you're PMSing?!

Question: Do you ever feel like this when you're PMSing.?
I feel kind of panicky and like the walls are closing in on me, and I feel depressed and like everything is coming to an end. I love my boyfriend but right now I feel like I just want him to stay away from me and I feel like crying my eyes out for no particular reason. Have any of you felt like this while PMSing.? I feel awful. :(Health Question & Answer

I feel like this sometimes when I'm PMSing, don't worry its normal. But if you really want to get rid of it and its bothering you, go to the doctors and they should have medication for it.

it used to happen to me more often but yeah I used to get really..almost like a gray cloud over my head, just really down and like you said-like walls are caving in on you and at work I'd be in a sad mood, and just wanted to stay in my room and didn't want anyone to come near me.

just let it pass :] I found it really soothing to listen to music or just do what feels better for you and don't worry about it its natural we all go through it, PMS isnt a known as a big pain in the *** for nothing!Health Question & Answer

PMSing.?.? im gonna use this one next week, when i get told off for not wanting my boyfriend any where near me cos i feel depressed and the whole world is against me, (especially that witch mother nature), oh sorry the question yes i used to all the time, take some evening primrose oil to calm the symptoms, i do now and its loads better than it used to be Health Question & Answer

Yeah. This is normal. don't worry about it too much. But you might want to talk to your doctor if you're really worried. There is a thing called PMDD (Premenstrual dysphoric disorder). It's basically when you have severe emotional and physical problems that are linked closely to the menstrual cycle. You can research it and then your doctor (if you have it) can prescribe something like YAZ. it is a birth control that proves to lessen and sometimes stop the effects of PMDD.

Hope this helps.Health Question & Answer

I'm 53 now but spent most of my 20s and 30s that way. I found out thru my gynecologist I had a condition that i now have forgotten the name of it. Anyway its right before you become diabetic, and he put me on metformin. I'd tell your doc for sure because one of the symptoms is bad pms. also beef up your b vitamins. Drink camomile tea, and just avoid everything you can't handle. Be good to yourself, cause you deserve it! Health Question & Answer

I know I have, my emotions are different all the time when i'm "PMSing", if you feel like you need him to stay away, just tell him the truth. If he is a good boyfriend he will understand, and it's not like you will want him away forever, just a few days maybe..?Health Question & Answer

Yes, it hits me like that too, plus the cramping. Only last this bad for the first 3 or so days. my whole cycle lasts 7 days. I dont think its as bad for a lot of females tho. Just some. I usually have to make the announcment to my family that lets them know, back off. my key phrase for this is; "i wish i was born a man."Health Question & Answer

Oh sweetyheart I've felt that way before. You just need that time to sob but it passes and if you are like me after it passes you are so much more cuddly for a bit then back to normal. Health Question & Answer

I feel that way every month.... it's normal. You can always go to the doc. if it's really bad- i know there is a drug for it. I can't remember it off the top of my head right now.Health Question & Answer

Yeah I used to feel that way sometimes. You should see your doctor. They can give you birth control pills that will stabilize your hormones and make you feel normal . You will feel lots better!!! Health Question & Answer

I know how you feel. Give yourself some "me time". Curl up on the couch with a blanket with some cocoa and watch a good movie. Things will always look better the next day :)Health Question & Answer
