Take some ibuprofen or Tylenol, and put a heating pad on your tummy for a while. Just get yourself warm and comfy, you'll be fine :) And take a pad to school with you in case your period starts.Health Question & Answer
Heat bag, mild painkillers, gentle exercise, drink lots of water. If your cramps are stopping you from participating in day to day activities you might want to consider seeing a doctor to get some medication to lessen your pain. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
Take diclofenac. Ask the doctor to prescribe you this. This is the strongest pain killer (which i use for my IBS ftw) and it will calm down your stomach cramps in no time. Works well for myself. In the meantime, hot water bottle wrapped in a thin towel or a hot flannel will help also.Health Question & Answer
I used to have really bad cramps with my period. I would drink organge juice, even though I didn't really like it, it would help with the cramps tremendously. The vitamin C in the orange juice helps this, make sure its realy orange juice, 100%Health Question & Answer
