welllll girls this isnt actually a question, just a little shout out to all the other girls out there on their period and its basically just having a little moan about my period lol!! aim soooooooo freakin heavy!! ho hummm. such bad cramps too :( gosh isnt it fun being a girl.?!.?! i have to use a tampon and a pad as well cos it leaks through!! since having my daughter (i had a really bad time and my womb was badly damaged) i have suffered from extremely heavy periods after seeing my doctor we went through several possible things that could help as they wont remove my womb untill im 35 because i would be classed as too young even though i cant use it anymore and it causes me so much pain (no i cant figure it out either lol) my doc decided to give me the depo injection to reduce my periods down for a while i had to have 1 every month and a half rather than 3 months untill the periods had eased off to more or less nothing then i was put back to every 3 months n now i dont have any cant say i miss um tho lol i do suggest you visit the doc tho cos he did try me on lots of pills and stuff to ease my periods off n they do work but mine was a different case with all other stuff going on but he gave me a certain pill that reduced the heavy bleeding for a while and it really did work

you should check with your doctor, i had the same problem and found out i had endometriosis, they did laser surgery and i'm so much better now. Not nearly as heavy now and my cramps are almost nothing....Health Question & Answer

Ask your doctor about Mefenamic Acid. It's an anti-inflammatory painkiller which is good for period pains, and can also reduce the blood loss.
