every time before i get my periods i get bad cramps and get diarrhea for 3 to 4 days. i also get really tired... is this normal.?.? im wondering if anyone else gets thisHealth Question & Answer

I normally get fatigued, which is pretty much getting really tired and sometimes I get achy and cranky. Different things happen to different women, I think yours is just normal for you. There are always others out there that you will find have the same exact things. Health Question & Answer
