I just started Yasmin and I was curious about when it says to take it at approximately the same time everyday, what is approximately.? The exact same time.? Within half an hour.? An hour.? Thanks so much!Health Question & Answer

You should take it at the same time every day. A few minutes difference is okay, but the longer you get away from your normal time, the more it throws the balance off. When you don't take it at the same time every day, even just by half an hour, the effectiveness of the pill goes down.Health Question & Answer
just around that time. like if you started the pill at 10 pm then you take it around that time....as long as you know one day you aren't taking it at 1 pm, next day you take it at 2 am and make incredibly large variations in time. especially if you forget and take it like 12 hours later or something.

I just set an alarm on my phone for a time that I know is convenient every day. Then no worries, because it's the exact same time everyday! The closer you get to the exact same time, the more regulated the hormones are, and it will make your period really regular.Health Question & Answer
