After unprotected sex, I've had facial sores (herpes test came back negative, possible semen allergy); slight red blotches on skin- some are itchy, some not; clear odorless vaginal discharge, canker sores on my tongue, and vaginal itching, pain and irritation.Health Question & Answer

The itching, pain, and irritation could simply be mechanical - I actually get a bit of this each time I have sex with my husband. It gets better in a day or so, but occasionally it can take up to a few days. Clear odorless discharge is pretty much normal too, especially after you were aroused.
As for the sores and blotches: could you possibly have had any UV exposure around the same time.? A day in the sun, being around welding equipment, etc.? This can bring about all those symptoms. UV exposure is famous for causing canker sores and cold sores.
Another thought I had is that if you ARE allergic to semen, then it could lead to all the other problems, including potentially the canker sores (allergies can affect your immune response, allowing latent virus infections to bloom too).
