Which is a better first bra?!
Question: Which is a better first bra.?
I just figured out I need a first bra, but which is better.? I narrowed it down to training bra and sports bra. I'm a size 30A if that makes a difference. Even though it most likely doesn't. XD Please answer.Health Question & Answer

I think you should get both. Try them on and see which one is more comfortable to YOU.
In my opinion, a sports bra would be my first choice. Mostly because they're extremely comfortable as well as give you the support that you need.
I can't remember much about my fist training bra except that it was kind of too thin...and yeaah.

id get training... i thought they were better.. but if you want.. get them both.. just try out a load and see what feels best :)Health Question & Answer
