once upon a time...
:( aww, crap! during pe today we were doing this jump rope test and i felt like a whole bunch of this mucus gooey liquidy stuff come out. i was really trying on that jumprope test and so my stomach muscles were all tight and so when it started coming out, it was slowly and then i pushed most of it out. blah lol! and when i went to go check during lunch after 4th period it was just white, clearish, mucusy, liquidy white goo. most of it had dried, but SICK! ok this is sick but... so some was stick coming out, white and it had like a string of white gooey stuff coming out slowly. and there was no toilet paper. but anyway. and now, just now it just came again. i was jumping around and it just started coming out again. its just white and thick and gooey.
what is this... .?.?.?
why am i getting it.?
im 13.....
is this normal.?
help.?
what about my period.?
*this is embarrassing enough already!

thats just discharge. every girl gets it. its perfectly normal.................and as for it and your period; you usually get it a bit before you first get your period and then forever after, the end. Health Question & Answer
you have some mucus like stuff that protects the opening to your uterus (cervix), and so if that is coming out I would say its clearing out so you can start your period. In the future it should not be that thick, and you should hardly notice it. For now wear pantyliners, that should help and keep a look out for your period, you dont want to start bleeding in pe and end up with an embarrasing spot on the back of your gym shorts.Health Question & Answer

The consistency you described sounds like cervical mucous which is completely normal.
