Edit: Hm well maybe you could ask your doctor.? It is probably just because you're ovulating......probably the same as when you get pain when you're ovulating
also it still could be because you're ovulating if it's only on one side.......don't most women or many women only ovulate from one ovary.? I know I do, that's why I only get pain on one side in the middle of my cycle and it's always on the same side

Hmmm, I get horrible cramps not only while I have my period but when i am ovulating (which REALLY sucks). I've never had that before though, weird. Maybe you should see a doctor...Health Question & Answer
