Its normal for it to hurt, its not supposed to be so nice for the person receiving it but for the person who is giving it.

well first of all you shouldnt do it if its something you are only doing for him, you should get some enjoyment from it too. using lubricant does help and make sure your lover is gentle and understands to take it slow at first. my husband and i when we did it for the first time he had to talk to me and assure me everything was ok and he was gentle about it and took his time and it worked out fine. but i did it cause i like it too. remember tho that if it hurts too much to ask him to stop.Health Question & Answer

I agree with everyone else, take it slow, relax and use lots of lube. Might be worth building up from fingers, to toys to.. well.. private body parts! I heard somewhere that it takes the anus approx 60 seconds to relax when something is inserted, so taking it slow is a must.
