First of all, she is too young to be having sex at the age of 13. So I will not give her any sexual information at that age neither should you. You're suppose to be her sister , not an immature lady trying to help your little sister have an orgasm. She is too young to be taught that. Teaching her something of that nature, regardless on if she just wants to know what it feels like, is going to do nothing but encourage her to have sex at a young age.
