I've had awful stretch marks for about a year now, courtesy of my beautiful son xD. I didn't try other creams, but Anew Clinical cream by Avon has worked WONDERS. I hear Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter will help to diminish the appearance but even my doctor said you can't get rid of them.
Once your skin stretches it leaves a mark and all you can do is apply topical treatments to reduce the appearance but they never go away, sorry.

No can do. Stretch marks are permanent, unless you remove the skin. You can reduce the appearance by using Vitamin E oil or scar cream. That will make them appear more silvery, but they won't completely disappear.Health Question & Answer
