Question: PCOS can it be reversed.?
I have just been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. With this syndrome there is a possibility of infertility. I have not had my cyce since February 2008. My doctor said if I lose about 10- 15 lbs it might reverse the syndrome and bring about a normal cycle. Has anyone bene diagnose dwith PCOS.? Any advice is appreciated. I want to know aside from diet and exercise how cna I lose weight and boosts my chances for fetility. Thank you. By the way I m 23. Health Question & Answer
