Very very bad cramps but my period is late, on birthcontrol pills. Please help me.?!

Question: Very very bad cramps but my period is late, on birthcontrol pills. Please help me..?
Well, first off, I'm on birthcontrol pills due to extreme irregular period cycles. I've been on them for about a year now.

Well, my boyfriend and I had sex, protected. However, he never "ejeculated." The same night, one thing lead to another and we did it again, but without a condom. I didn't realize this. Again, he never "ejeculated," because I realized what was going on after 3-4 minutes gone by.

Anyways, to the point. My period is almost 2 weeks late. I don't know what to do. I am having extreme pains in my stomach, on the side though... Like the cramps I would normally get when I'm on my period. I have been eating too many chocolates due to Halloween. (Had to many left over after passing them out.) And I hear that if you eat too much choclate it COULD POSSIBLY delay your period a few days. Is this true.?.? However, I did get an early period (very small one, lasted about 2 days.) about 1.5 weeks before my expected period. Could I possibly be pregnant.? Do I have anything to worry about.? I don't know what to do. I've been very stressed out due to school and have lost some pounds because I've been some-what neglecting my health to finish up with my school work every night.

Could this be due to the fact that I'm very stressed out.?.? Eating to much sweets.?.? Please help me!!!Health Question & Answer

Answers:
If you had sex without a condom, even if he did not ejaculate, there can still be sperm in the pre-ejaculate fluid. So you can get pregnant.

Since you said you have had pretty irregular periods, it could just be another irregular period. Or have your periods been pretty predictable lately.?

Eating sweets or chocolates CANNOT affect your reproductive system. Whoever told you this is wrong.

Having what looks like a light period, can be implantation bleeding, from the fertilized egg implanting on the walls of your uterus. I really think your should take a home pregnancy test. That way you can stop stressing if you are not pregnant, you will know for sure. Just be brave and go buy a test and take it. It will be ok no matter what.Health Question & Answer

Well since you are worried about being pregnant go have a pregnancy test done. There are free pregnancy councilling non profit groups out there you can see. They have pregnancy tests. Since being on the pill has your periods been regular.? It doesn't sound like it though. Stress does do strange things to our bodies. Your next step should be to do the pregnancy test. Go from there.

Even though your boyfriend didn't ejaculate, he did precum( that's where a small amount of seminal fluid rinses away the acidity of urine). Though the statistics are low on getting pregnant on precum, it is possible.

Or see your doctor, they shoudl be able to help you in the best next step.Health Question & Answer

Many factors can lead into a delayed period. Diet, amount of stress, health, and weight are all factors. I've never heard of the chocolate theory, but your stress from school could be it. What is stopping you from getting a pregnancy test.? It can't hurt to check it out. There are tests out there which can decipher by your first missed period. I'd say give it a shot and see what comes out. If it's negative, it could alleviate the stress delaying your actual period.Health Question & Answer
