It is most likely hemorrhoids, especially if it is bright red blood. Try some preparation H suppositories and also make sure you eat a diet high in fiber and with lots of fruits and vegetables. there are a couple answer 1 you could have just been constipatedd and so you stool was larger then usual,causing your skin to tear and that is where the blood is coming from.

A small tear can cause rectal bleeding. If the blood is bright red then thats probably whats causing it. However, if the blood is dark red and in your stool then it could be internal and thats def a sign you need to see a doc. Hope that helps!Health Question & Answer
Why are you embarrassed. Doctors have seen much worse then a bleeding butt hole. Go to the doctor and make sure you don't have a bleeding hemorrhoid. Meanwhile don't sit on the toilet so long and don't strain.Health Question & Answer

It will be a small tear from straining and passing a hard/large poo...Its perfectly normal although not desirable...it will heal quickly like in a day or two...just try avoid getting all backed up again.Health Question & Answer
