Usually the entire week after the last day of my period, my skin is unusually clearer-looking. anyone else notice this.? anyone know why this is.?Health Question & Answer

yes, i notice this too!
it happens because on your period, your hormones are kind of.. well out of whack i guess is a way to put it.? kind of like how you get moody.. you feel dirtier like you need to shower more, etc.
i hate this though! but some birth controls help with the acne if it is bad enough. a lot of girls go on it for symptoms like that, not just for BIRTH CONTROL!!
