Not as much as it would do with injections. With injections, you would immediately be nauseous. Injections can take anywhere from a few weeks to several years to be fully effective. You'll grow facial/body hair, your voicebox will get bigger (thus deeper voice) and all sorts of other stuff. The FtM I knew actually seemed to get a thicker/stronger jaw, but that could've been the facial hair playing tricks.
