I have a sore throat and my head is pounding& i keep getting little dizzies, my throat is sooo sore, and im afraid that by tomorrow i wont be able to taste and ill be losing my voice my birthday party, which is tomorrow and my birthday, which is sunday will be no fun! Is there anything i can eat/do to get rid of my sore throat and pounding head and keep my taste buds going up until sunday.?.?.? Id really appreciate the help, thankyouu ?<33.

take some ibuprofen or something like that . drink fluids and also make sure to go to sleep hmmmm. NOW so that your body gets rest. that can a lot of times help. mabey put a cool rag on your head. other that that there isnt much that you can do!!!!

ok stop stressing as that can cause you to catch things easyer when your body is run down
get some throat sweets 2 sooth your throat some maxx strenght flu tablets drink some honey and lemon tea lots of sugar as that gives you energy and plenty of water to flush it out your system faster and get plenty of rest you should feel bit better for your party

you should take nyquil tonight, then take dayquil when you get up. or if you don't like pills or cough syrup you can try thermaflu, you mix it with hot water my sister says that it works really good. Hope you feel better, and happy early birthday!! Health Question & Answer
