Question: What kind of mentrual cramps are normal.?
Okay what i mean is like..
Where is it normal to get mentrual cramps.
I get some really intense ones that make it so like i feel like something is stabbing and i cant move because it cramps so bad. My docter know but hasnt done anything.
It feels like i get them in my lower stomach and vagina.somebody toldme you arentsuposedto get them in your vagina.

midol is great for it and a heating pad :)
