I have kept my calorie in take as 1200 -1500. I am a full time student, and am under alot of stress. Therefore I do not have the time to excerse. So I thought to my self that I would WATCH my food intakeHealth Question & Answer

You can not base weight loss or gaining on one day alone.
I was eating 1200-2000 (depending on exercise) for 4 months and lost 45 lbs. i weigh myself every morning after i pee. most days i am the same or less. some days i am 1 - 4lbs more. its water, poop, whatever. it takes 3500 calories to gain 1lb. keep counting calories and weighing each day to make sure your steadily loosing. On the days i would weigh 2 to 4lbs more than i should i will take a diuretic to lose the water and the next day i am back to where i should be.
