im 15, and i went to the hospital 3 times already, i had these pains for a month. the first hospital said it was an irritation to what im eating.. then the second hospital said that they took xrays and saw alto of poop and gas. i only poop once a week, but now, i poop everyday. I still have like these sometimes sharp pains on my left side on my tummy. Ive been eating fiber, and pooping why do i still have sharp pains.? Like cant all that poop inside me kill me.?.? my stomach doctor cant see me til january i hate this. And sometimes it feels like im not breathing idk if that has to do with the stomach or im just panicing,Health Question & Answer

It sounds like you were really badly constipated and things are still working better - but your insides are still a bit hurt especially if the poop is dry and hard and that is causing the left sided pain.
I suspect that you have a lot less poop in you now you are eating fibre and going daily but keep drinking plenty of water as well as eating the fibre as that keeps the poo all soft and easy to pass.
You are describing a panic attack with the breathing symptoms - so just stop worrying you are doing everything you can for self-care.
You will know you are getting your fluid and fibre right if you are getting type 3, 4 or 5 in this chart without straining
