Question: My nipple hurts whenever I touch it!.?
Whenever someone bumps into me or hugs me, it hurts! But it is so embarrassing because I naturally say "Ouch!" And they ask what's wrong and where I hurt me! What do I do.? I am near my teen years. Health Question & Answer

My friends used to make it worse for each other. My friend Claire used to punch us in the chest all the time because she was strong enough - it drove me nuts!
If a guy punches you there by accident and it hurts (because it probably will!) there's not much you can do but suck it up and brush it off.

Yes, ofcourse it is normal. Girls mature at an early age and it affects their lives very personaly and socialy. Your breast are just developing and that is part of maturing and growing up. Nipples are very sensative for boys and girls and should not be fooled around with.
