Question: Had spotting last month...no signs of AF.?
No actively trying to get pregnant (if it happens, it happens). Just have felt a little nauseous and had a little cramping. Could I be pregnant.?Health Question & Answer

you could very well be. First thing, look up the symptoms, second wait a week ( if you can) and see if the symptoms match pregnancy and are still present. Third get one really good pregnancy test.
