Why shouldn't they be curious.? It is perfectly normal to want to know about something that will happen to you every month, for decades. It is an awkered thing to ask someone in person(would you like to go to a parent, and ask them about wet dreams.? At age twelve.?) so this is a good place to ask other girls, who have delt with this, what to do.

No... should girls not be curious about their periods and how they work (because it IS confusing to understand at first).? Even women having periods for years sometimes still have questions about them. And after all, this IS the Women's Health section.
