staring is really rude, but it's happening for the same reason you and your girlfriends are curious about which boys are the best kissers, which ones smell really nice, and who's done what with who. at your age everyone starts to feel a little like your hormones are controlling you. men don't have breasts to stare at but you probably notice yourself starting to look at the hottest boys a little too long when you should be paying attention in class. it's all part of growing up, and it's nice to feel attractive but remember that when random guys stare at your chest it only means they're interested in your chest, not you. let them know it makes you feel like a pair of boobs on a stick and if they want to spend time with you they need to show you the respect they'd show an adult. if they wouldn't stare at a teacher or parent that way then it's not all right to do it to you. also, you'll look your best if pick clothes that are cute but not too revealing so you won't seem desperate for attention. being pretty is great but if you're in control of your life then you'll also be happy and confident and everyone will have fun when they're around you.Health Question & Answer
It's just how are brains are wired and when there's some nice cans around it's like my eyes have a mind of their own. In these ages, some guys like to see girls body but if you are uncomfortable and you know them, it is better you ask them to not do that and say what that you want.
