Is it normal to be freezing cold...when its NOT winter?!

Question: Is it normal to be freezing cold...when its NOT winter.?
Okay, its really weird.

last summer, i was at the beach with my family. It was 99 degrees outside. Everyone was sweating really badly, except for me. The thing was, i was cold. My hands were so cold, you could see my veins through my skin which is weird because i have italian skin and i had a really dark tan. But, the cold never bothers me, its like i'm SUPPOSED to be colder than the average human.
even yesterday, i was showing my mom how to play a few notes on my guitar, and i had to grab her hands to move her fingers and she flinched away from my touch like a natural reflex.

what's wrong with me.? Should i be worried.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes! It is definately something to do with blood circulation! The blood warms up your body as it travels around - this is saying your blood isn't circulating quickly enough. Please see a doctor. You may be anaemic.

Good luck (:

That is not normal, and you should see a doctor. You could have any one of a dozen things, and only a doctor and blood tests can sort out which.
