ive been on birth control for a month today. my stomach is bad like whaen i have my piriod, and i am bleeding now. i have back pain and deep stomach pains but not sharp pain...is there something wrong with me cuz im mizerableHealth Question & Answer

It takes 3 months or longer for birth control to take full effect. Once you have taken it everyday for 3 months your period will be regulated. Until then you will possibly experience spotting. You sound like you just have normal cramps. If the cramps that you have are worse than they were before you started the birth control go to see your doctor. All birth control pills are different and some have the ability to reduce cramps, acne, or bleeding.
