well obviously we can't control when we PMS. it all has to do with our period. but if we are PMSing, we get awful cramps & it hurts a LOT...... but sometimes if a girl acts b*tchy & then regrets stuff she said/did, she'll just lie about it & tell everyone the reason that stuff happened is because she was PMSing.

Personally, I don't suffer from or fake PMS symptoms, but some of my friends get really bad cramps and things, and I do pity them. However, I've known some total b*tches that pretend they're PMSing to get sympathy. So really, it could be anything.Health Question & Answer
