How long does your period last ?!
Question: How long does your period last .?
I am 22 and when I was a teen..I would say up to age 18..my period would last 7 days. Now I am 22 and my period lasts a day..no joke. I got my period Wednesday morning, and by last night it was finished. Is that okay or can that be a problem .? And I don't get cramps before my period or during it..but in the days following my period ..I get horrible cramps...anyone else get cramps after their period .?Health Question & Answer

A day.? How lucky! Mine last 4-5 maybe 3 if I'm lucky. Cramps are completely normal and everyone gets them. If they force you to stay at home in bed then there's a problem, but otherwise you're find. Whenever I get really bad cramps I take 3 Motrin, go for a walk, or use a heating pad. It really helps! Sometimes the cramps don't come until after the period which is a little weird according to one of my friends, but that's how it's always been for me. :)Health Question & Answer
Since the age of 11 when i started my periods, i can honestly say ive never had a 'normal' period. They vary from 1-3 days up to 7/8 days.
My doctor says changes in your body can cause some people to have irregular periods.

since i stopped using tampons my period lasts about 4 days. it used to be 7 days but now i use 'the keeper' and my periods are lighter and shorter.Health Question & Answer
i get mine for about 2-3 days now that i am on meds to make it kinda shorter(B/C) with little cramping but BEFORE it was about 10-15 days straight with horrible crampsHealth Question & Answer
sometimes bodies change like that. I did the same thing but bleed very heavy 20 maxi soaked in one day. I called the doc and he said it can be A lot of different things. as for cramp blah!!! Health Question & Answer
