If you can spend some money, have a blood test done to make sure nothing is low. Here are my suggestions for you:
1. sleep is hard to get in college, but try to get in atleast 4 or 5 hours
2. eating late causes weight gain, so try to eat earlier
3. for vitamins, try calcium, vitamin E, iron, B12, and get your daily dose of antioxidants. If you like tea, you're in the right place. Otherwise, there are many other tasty things like POM pomegranate juice.
4. skip the energy drinks, but caffeinated drinks and coffee are fine
5. skip fried and fatty food, even though it seems like it's everywhere! I'm not going to give you a veggie lecture since most people wouldn't call them their favorites, but try a bunch of new vegetables you've never had before, and cook ones you have tried in different ways. Include the ones you like regularly. And no, potatoes don't count.
6. try to go outside for at least a total of 30 uninterrupted minutes of bliss--if it's not snowing too bad. The sun will do you a world of good, or consider light therapy when you are locked up in your dorm studying. Check out the Litebook Elite.
7. every day, allow yourself some time before working to do whatever you want, whether it be exercising, watching the news on tv, or playing some videogames. It will in fact leave you more energized and ready to work.

It's difficult to cram in good health with your studying, but it's nice to see that you put some thought into it. I think going outside (not even exercising) and some fun time would do you good.Health Question & Answer

Try a good mutli vitamin like One A Day for Women. I am the same age and that is what I take. It was reccommended by my doctor and I know alot of other people that take it too.Health Question & Answer

vitamins b6 and b12 are supposed to give you energy

but there is no telling how anybody's body actually reacts to certain things

just take a multi vitaminHealth Question & Answer

I'd suggest an all around pill, like One A Day for Women. That way you get a boost of everything without potentially doing damage to yourself. Vitamin overdoses are bad.Health Question & Answer
