I know... you don't HAVE to wash your underwear, but people seem to be freakishly "hygienic" these days. It's not even good for you, either.
You can miss a day of showering, and people will think you're gross even if you're not dirty (and smell better than they do). It's stupid, because their idea of "clean" really isn't so clean. All these chemicals they use on their bodies and wash their clothes with on a daily basis is actually bad for your health and causes illness. Your body is constantly "shedding" skin cells, along with remnants of the soap you wash with, and not to mention, your body also sweats. So, regardless if you are wearing a pad, you still need to wash your underwear. Health Question & Answer
