My girlfriend and I had sex about 5days ago. This morning she said that her clitoris feels sore and there's a blood in her urine every time she urinate. The blood in her urine just started this morning.

Did you use a condom because if you didn't it could be implantation bleeding (when the egg gets fertilized). Or if this was her first time you could have popped her cherry (her hymen).
