How do i help unconstipate myself?!


Question: How do i help unconstipate myself.?
ok, this is a realy embarresing question to ask, but i need help. im a bit constipated. it hurts alot because theres alot of pressure down there. i need to go realy bad, but i can't. im alone, and im not telling my parents! i don't have a liscense so i can not drive myself to a store to get a laxative or somthing. what can i do to solve this problem.?Health Question & Answer

Ok, just relax. Bread has a lot of fiber, which helps you poop, so you might want to eat some. I have gone through this twice, and I know it hurts, but just lay down for a while, then try again. if you have prunes or prune juice try that. Else, try some olive oil, along with whatever press or canned fruit you have in the house. also drink lots of water. I'll also think sugary syrups loosen you up.

well this is a hard question... but if you need laxatives you have to tell your parents, seriously they'll understand because being constipated is not fun... but if you can't some home remedies you could try can be eating bananas with honey, drinking prune juice or a spoonful of olive oil, or putting an ice pack to your stomach

Okay, here's the deal. This might take a while, but it will work.

First drink some coffee or apple juice and water.

Get into a squatting position and grab your legs. Slowly push like your trying to poo. When you feel a little bit move out, stand up and squish your but cheeks together so you can compress the poo and break it up. This will help get it out. Repeat this process several times until you get it all out of course.

Try maybe senna tea. I haven't tried it but I heard it works like a laxative. You can find it in the tea section of stores.

PS: I hope you are not starving yourself, young lady! Caus if you are, it's only going to get worse and you will go through a lot of pain and embarrassments as constipations will recur.

well first off holding it is a .. believe it or not you can really make yourself sick! see if you have some apple juice, that works a lot,or go sit in the bath tub and then it will begin to come, but u have to hurry back to the toilet!! lol no but im serious though!Health Question & Answer

Drink LOTS of water!!
And eat lots of fruit, fresh and dried,
(prunes are probably the best)
Coffee works well too, but it will also flush all the water out of your system.
Don't over do the water though
