Question: Is this period normal.? (girls only).?
i got my first EVER period on friday, and its been lasting til today, since the minimum of days is 3, but friday is was'nt that heavy but i still needed heavy pads and same with yesterday, but today i have an EXTREMELY heavy flow and its uncomfortable, i can always feel the blood coming out and the pad feels REALLY wet, which it is, but i JUST put it on.
plus, i've been leaking through my overnight pads,
recommend any.?

Yeah that's normal since its your first period. i can remember my first one. it was so heavy and uncomfortable. I leaked as well, so i talked to my mum about it and she went out and bought me heavier flow pads.Try using the super pads and for night use Kotex Maxi Pads Overnight with Wings, i found they were the best when your flow is very heavy. dont worry after the first few months it will start to calm down a bit =]Health Question & Answer
