So the past couple of days my boyfriend and I (we're both 19) have been making out and I have had him put his hand up my shirt and in my bra so he can rub my breasts. Now the first time he did it didn't feel nearly as good as it does the last 2 times he's done it. He discovered that when he rubs just the very tip of my nipples that I start breathing heavily and I will moan a lot. And today I felt like I was gonna orgasm but I had to hold it in. Yes, it's possible. Not many women can orgasm from nipple stimulation alone, but there *are* some. You're far from alone in this.
My only question: if you were going to orgasm, why on earth did you have to hold it in instead of just going with it and *enjoying* it.? :-)
