There is Planned Parenthood, County Health Department, or search for low income Community Health Clinics with your city and state. The yellow pages might have more under Family Planning. Pick the clinic that is most convenient for you. The little girl the clinic I work for is named after a little girl that got an infection, no money and died, she was from Texas. I'm a student-- I went to planned parenthood and only had to pay 20 dollars for a 3 months supply of birth control.

planned parenthood and local health departments are your friends... they will either charge you based on a sliding scale or they will give it to you at no cost.
