Question: Crying for no reason- what is this.?
Ok so I am 13 yrs old and a girl. This morning my parents were starting 2 form a conversation and I started crying 4 no reason. My parents and I think it is stress, but I do not know. Yes I did start my period but do not currently have it.Health Question & Answer

I know I have done this before when I was in my very early teens, so don't feel like you're alone in this. I'm sure many other girls have gone through this, too. I think it's just that when you're that age, you're angsty and don't really know how to handle your emotions or stress correctly yet. If you're very stressed out, try to calm down. Talk to your parents about it and I'm sure they can help you relieve your stress. If they don't know what to say, perhaps channeling your stress into something positive is a good idea. PMS, most probably. This is hormones in your body reacting with each other, just get lots of sleep, drink water and you'll be fine.

Perhaps you'll always get a bit emotional around your periods- many do! You sound perfectly normal though.
