What are some ways to reduce pains associated with endometriosis?!
Question: What are some ways to reduce pains associated with endometriosis.?
My pains have been getting worse, but I've already cut out dairy and caffeine. If I need to cut out wheat, I suppose I will- but does anyone have any additional suggestions/remedies.?Health Question & Answer

Cutting back on wheat seems to help me. Give it a shot, it can't hurt anymore, right.?
I've also heard taking magnesium helps. I haven't tried it yet, though.
I think it's endo-resolved.com that has a message board and there are women on there everyday that can help further than me. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

I also have endometriosis all I have done for the pain is 800 milligram IB prophen (which doesn't work to well anymore) and I cut out all caffeine, I didn't know about the dairy or the wheat ill have to try that but I have heard that acupuncture works really good I have done acupuncture in the past for other reasons but I am planning on going to help with the endo soon, also if you start an exercise routine its supposed to help a lot with the pain throughout the month and during your period....Good Luck and Feel Better.Health Question & Answer
