Question: I find it hard to use a tampon!.?
Sometimes I find it really hard to use a tampon if im in a rush, and i know that if you dont relax your muscles that can sometimes be the cause but when i do try and relax it really hurts and its like something is stopping me like my cervix is blocking it. I dunno but its proberly nothing to worry about. Please Know stupid answers! thanks (: XHealth Question & Answer

how often have you used one.? it gets easier eith time dont push it straight up. point it towards your back slightly at about 45' angle as thats the way your cervix goes. it will be easier and be less painful if you follow it. despite what people say it is not a verticle tube!!! go towards the bottom of your spine is my advice it is much easier. applicator ones are lso easier when you first stat using them XHealth Question & Answer
You're just tense. Remember to point the tampon slightly toward your lower back. also, you can use a little bit of water based lubricant (Astroglide, or the like) to help it slide in easier.
