What could this be...i really need help?!

Question: What could this be...i really need help.?
ok well, every few weeks i wake up around 1am really needing to go to the toilet....alot. and then i get excruciating pain all around my stomach, upper and lower abdomen (ha cant spell it). the pain is the worst ive ever felt in my life, it comes for about 2-5mins then goes for 1-5mins.
At around 3am i start throwing up non-stop. all of this lasts 7hrs.
The thing is i feel fine the day and night before it happens and i feel ok the day after. This has happened 4 nights now over a few weeks.
Is it something to do with my diet.?

I think you need to see a dr. You can go to webmd.com and put in your symtoms and see what they say.

Gastroentitis, or irritation of the stomach walls, could be it. However, there are various conditions that meet the symptoms you identified. I would strongly urge you to see a Doctor if this continues.Health Question & Answer

No matter what it is, that is NOT normal and you could be putting your life in danger by not going to the doctor. Please, at least call them and tell them your symptoms, most likely they will tell you to come in right away. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

I am no doctor so my answers are just from what I know.

Sounds to me, you could be pregnant.
Could be an Ulcer
Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Stomach pains could be gas.
However it doesn't eplain the throwing up.

omg i had the exact same symptoms and i barely got the right answer not even 2 months ago. It is your Gall bladder you have gal stones. If you go to the emergency room tell them you want an ultrasound. No if's, and's, or butts about it. This is your health. It took me 3 years of going to the ER for the same symptoms for them to finally diagnoise me with Gall Stones. The whole time they told me it is something called Gastrytous. And I told them I would be in pain for up to the most 8 hours, in severe pain. I made them give me an ultrasound. Go ASAP! please. i know what you are going through. And this is nothing to take lightly. You will probably need surgery.I did. Im still healing. But it is all worth it not to feel that pain anymore.Health Question & Answer

There are a number of different illnesses that this could be, but I feel that you should urge your doctor with more power to test your stools or possibly take a look at your abdomen to check for more complex problems. The possible thing that this could be:

-Cramping problems associated with your menstrual cycle. If your pains are occurring before, during, or after your period, you should schedule an appointment with a gynecologist. They will check to see if you have cysts or other complications, and will prescribe birth control so that you can control and curb your cramps.
-Crohn's Disease. This is a disease that affects the lining of your gastrointestinal walls, and depending upon what food you eat. This will cause sever cramping and vomiting--rejecting the food that your body cannot digest.
-If you are using drugs, your body will be affected by this. You will need to tell your doctor if you are so that he or she can tell you why your symptoms are occurring.

Again, none of these things are 100% true, but they are possible. Simply be more firm with your doctor in trying to get a more specific diagnosis form these symptoms.Health Question & Answer
