5'6" is actually the height that most women wish they were, shorter and taller.
Your doctor is going to know the most, but if you've started your monthly cycle, then I think you might be about done. Some girls sprout up another inch in high school and college, but I don't know your circumstances.
I was 5'7" when I was 13, and so many people shorter than me said I was a giant. Then, all the fine 8th grade boys said they loved my height, and all the shawtys got pushed over in the hall (REVENGE!!!! :D

I'm 20 and 5'11. I was probably about your height at your age. It can be really awkward during middle and high school, but once you're older and most people catch up it's not so bad. I get complimented on my height all the time.. it's a good thing.

I was 5'7" by the time I was 13. I am still 5'7" (and 27 now). You are probably done. Everyone else will catch up eventually.
also, I've dated guys who are 5'8" all the way up to 6'4". It really doesn't matter at a certain point, people don't like you based on your height alone. There is more to it than that.Health Question & Answer

Your tall, but not that tall! You should stop growing around now, although everyone's body is different. Try asking your doctor.

im 5'6.5 and im 15 im still growing but i should be reaching my full potential. you probably will a little but you are about good but it just depends. i know a college volleyball player and she sprouted to 6'3 by her senior year in high school.Health Question & Answer
